Echolette Mustang 100 - excellent/completely serviced

For sale is an Echolette Mustang 100 in 100% original and completely serviced condition. The Mustang 100 is an Class B tube head of 100 Watt (4 x EL34) can be used for electric guitar and bass guitar (fantastic punch. It has an upper and lower section both with a hybrid preamp build with transistors and ECC808.  The lower section has a vibrato (intensity/speed) built with an ECC82 and a light sensitive resitor, and a brilliance/presence (notch filter) section with five different modes. All original Telefunken tubes are still inside. The Echolette Mustang is a top quality killer amp from the mid sixties which can easily compete with any Marshall, VOX, or Fender head from this era. 

The Mustang 100 was completely serviced (see photos):

- The big cup elco (32uF+32uF) was replaced with a new one from FJZ.

- All electrolytic caps were replaced by ones from FJZ, Vishay and Würth.

- The film caps were replaced by ones from Kemet and Vishay.

- Several resistors were replaced.

- Pots and jacks were serviced.

- Calibration of preamp and bias poweramp.

- A new and modern three prong power inlet was installed.

- The vibrato section was repaired with a NOS photo resistor from Mullard..

- Both the on/off and standby/vibrato lamps are replaced by a new ones.

- 110-240V. The Voltage will be adjusted for North American customers, and a new US power cable will be included.
